A11y Audit

Review keyboard interaction, page semantics and readability for accessibility issues.

Available in app
A highlighted keyboard focus and accessibility figure represent inclusive interaction.

Overview

A complete web accessibility audit: finds WCAG 2.2 A/AA issues — semantics, heading order, control names, image alt text, keyboard reachability, focus sequence, ARIA usage, color contrast — grading each by severity, pinning it to file and line, and supplying before/after patterns for your framework (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte or plain HTML). After fixes, the same pass re-checks against the first findings as a baseline, confirming issues closed and nothing new introduced.

Contrast is computed with WCAG's own formula (4.5:1 body text, 3:1 large text and UI); live pages additionally get a keyboard walk and accessibility-structure check inside the app's browser. Automated scanning catches roughly thirty percent of problems — the prescribed manual steps here cover the rest.

Deliverables are re-checkable assets: a findings list, per-issue fixes, reports written for developers, product and compliance readers, and CI hooks that guard the future.

Where it helps

  • Run a full A/AA sweep on a frontend project before release
  • Get framework-specific fix code for every violation found
  • Wire accessibility checks into CI to block future regressions
  • Produce a stakeholder compliance report with pass/fail summaries

Examples

Examples describe the request and the shape of the expected deliverable; they are not completed run results.

Example prompt

Audit this frontend project for accessibility: findings table with severities first, React before/after fixes per issue, then a re-check against the original list.

Expected output

A findings table, per-issue patches and re-check results — report files ready for compliance readers.

Example prompt

Walk the live page by keyboard: does tab enter and leave, is focus obvious, do form errors connect to their inputs — screenshot each finding.

Expected output

A live-pass checklist with the recorded keyboard walk and screenshots, merged with the static results.
