Doc Co-authoring

Shape an outline, draft sections and revise a document together.

Available in app
Two pens frame a shared manuscript and outline.

Overview

It turns scattered thoughts, materials and feedback into a complete document — proposals, reports, product write-ups, internal pitches. Start from a single sentence of intent, or keep editing a draft you already have.

Share the document's purpose, its readers, the background and your tone preference, and it helps shape an outline, write section by section, and adjust structure and wording as you react. Each revision round keeps a short record of what changed and why, so you can pick up from any version. Before delivery it re-reads the draft the way a reader would — gaps, support, consistency — leaving you a clear, coherent document that's easy to keep editing.

Where it helps

  • Turn scattered meeting notes and material into a structured proposal
  • Expand a spec section by section while keeping a reasoned change log
  • Run the blind-spot and fact re-check before delivery, answering the strongest objections
  • Iterate a released version as a new file, exporting and reopening Word/PDF to verify

Examples

Examples describe the request and the shape of the expected deliverable; they are not completed run results.

Example prompt

Draft a market-entry decision doc from these meeting notes and competitor memos: outline first with a one-sentence goal per section, flagging every figure that lacks a source.

Expected output

An outline plus organized background with spots needing sources marked; section drafts follow your approval.

Example prompt

This proposal is final — don't rewrite it. Play the skeptical investor: list the three strongest objections and show which ones the draft fails to answer.

Expected output

Objections ranked by likelihood, each pinned to the section where the draft falls short — your call how to answer them.
