Overview
Drafted in your own voice. It starts from your instructions for this specific email, then the samples you chose to open — sent mail, Notes, workspace files — or the tone profile you keep; if there's nothing to learn from, it asks one line of tone direction instead of defaulting to corporate-speak. Facts and figures come only from what you provide; anything unverifiable stays as a warned placeholder, never invented.
You receive two or three short subject options, a body that states the ask early, plain text plus an optional HTML variant, and attachments referenced by workspace path. The draft lands where your mail flow takes over — compose, clipboard or draft file. Sending, recipients and scheduling remain entirely yours, and finance, legal or HR-sensitive drafts carry a read-before-send reminder.
Where it helps
- Write a polite follow-up on a late payment without accepting blame
- Turn task results into a progress email to your manager
- Draft a reply that matches the tone of my past emails
- Produce both plain-text and HTML variants of one email

Examples
Examples describe the request and the shape of the expected deliverable; they are not completed run results.
01Example prompt
Draft a payment reminder: the invoice was due July 12 and is unpaid — firm tone, keep their dignity, promise no new terms. Leave unknown details as placeholders.
Expected output
2–3 subject options and a body draft whose dates and invoice number trace to the brief, with warned placeholders for anything unverified; sending remains your call.
02Example prompt
Using the tone of the excuse email I sent the school last month, draft this reply — brief enough to finish on a phone.
Expected output
A short draft matched to the sample's register; if it sounds nothing like your other samples, the draft says so and offers two alternatives.
