Overview
Findings that grow into design language. Four workflows. Personas: organize your survey, interview or analytics data in a simple format and get evidence-backed archetypes — every goal and pain traceable to the data. Journey maps: stages, touchpoints, the emotional curve and opportunity gaps laid out in layers. Usability test plans: task scripts, recruiting criteria, sample-size guidance and success metrics, written as a protocol you can run. Research synthesis: findings from multiple interviews merged into a prioritized list of problems and opportunities.
Methodology files ship inside, and sample-size estimates follow the recorded method. 'Build a persona', 'map the journey', 'plan a usability test', 'synthesize interviews' — all route here.
Deliverables land as workspace documents designers and product can pick up directly. Research shouldn't die in a report drawer.
Where it helps
- Generate three evidence-backed personas from survey and analytics data
- Map the first-install flow as a journey with an emotion curve
- Write an executable usability test plan for a redesign
- Synthesize ten interviews into a prioritized opportunity list

Examples
Examples describe the request and the shape of the expected deliverable; they are not completed run results.
01Example prompt
From this 260-response survey, generate personas per the method: each with its share of the data, three sourced pains, and one counterexample caution against over-generalizing.
Expected output
Persona documents with data mappings; shares and pains re-checkable from the same input.
02Example prompt
Write a usability test plan for 'teachers upload an exam and get an annotated version': 5 tasks, recruiting criteria, sample-size basis and per-task failure metrics.
Expected output
A ready-to-run research protocol with scripts, measures and a time budget.
